Step 1.  First of all go to the file manager of your mobile

Step 2 . Now select any file or folder you want to hide.

Step 3 . After selecting the file click on More Option

Step 4 . Now click on Rename option

Step 5 . After clicking on Rename Option, whatever the name of this file is, put .dot in front of that file and click on Ok, as if your file name is Movies and to hide it, .Movies will be like this .

Your file will be hidden from your gallery as soon as you click on Ok, now you can see that whatever file or folder you had hidden will not be visible to you in your file manager. If you ever want to show the hidden file again, or want to see it, then for this you follow the following steps.

How to Hide File Unhide or Show?

To unhide or show the hidden file in Android mobile, you follow the following steps.

Step 1. First of all you go to File Manager ,

Step 2. Then there are 3 dots on the top, click on it.

Step 3 . Then click on Settings,

Step 4. Now tick mark Show Hidden File, now Hide file will be SHOW.
